Two injured in south Shropshire collision
Two people have been taken to hospital after a two car collision in South Shropshire this morning. The collision happened at Worthen on the A488 near the turn for Shelve Hope, shortly after 10.40am.

West Midlands Ambulance Service treated a man in his twenties for suspected lower leg fractures and a woman for facial injuries.
The man was trapped in his car and had to be cut free before medics immobilised his injuries using a leg splint, neck collar and spinal board.
Because of the terrain he was taken by land ambulance to a nearby landing area and transferred to the air ambulance and then flown to the Royal Shrewsbury Hospital.
The driver of the second car, a woman in her twenties, suffered minor facial injuries. She was immobilised using a neck collar and spinal board before being conveyed to Royal Shrewsbury Hospital by land ambulance.
An incident support officer in a rapid response vehicle, an ambulance and the Midlands Air Ambulance from Cosford attended the scene.
