Police seek Shrewsbury bike owners after recovering suspected stolen cycles
Police investigating a series of bike thefts from the Shrewsbury area have recovered a hoard of suspected stolen cycles.

They are now trying to trace the owners and urging people to get in touch if their bikes have been stolen in recent months.
Police Constable Simon Holmes said a number of bikes and cycles parts were discovered when officers carried out a search warrant at a home in Harlescott Grange earlier this month.
Four bikes, three frames and various parts including suspension, seats and handlebars were found in the garden of the premises.
"We believe these items are stolen property and are anxious to return them to their rightful owners," said PC Holmes.
"This is posing quite a problem so if anyone has had their bike stolen from in or around Shrewsbury during the past six months or so wants to check, they should contact the Property Officers at Shrewsbury Police Station by calling 0300 333 3000."
The bikes recovered are a white Raleigh model, a child's red Sabre bike, a silver mountain bike and a black mountain bike which appears to have been re-sprayed.
Frames include a red and silver Silver Fox make with a yellow stripe, a silver Aggressor frame and a blue Giant Cold Rock frame. There is also a red and blue Children's Adventure trailer buggy.
Since the beginning of April, more than 100 bikes have been stolen from in and around Shrewsbury town centre prompting police to advise cyclists to always use a good quality security lock or cable. Some have been recovered but many are still outstanding.
A man has been arrested on suspicion of theft and other matters and is currently on bail while police investigations continue.
