New housing development announced for Shrewsbury

Taylor Wimpey has unveiled its latest development in Shrewsbury. The company is set to build 106 superb two, three and four-bedroom properties at its Autumn Brook development in the north of the town.

New housing development announced for Shrewsbury

The selection of new build homes, located off Arlington Way on the previous site of Tesco is promising to satisfy the needs of discerning home-hunters.

Carl Cooke, Regional Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey, says: “We are delighted to announce that our beautiful Autumn Brook development of houses for sale in Shrewsbury is on its way, providing a wealth of opportunities to secure high-quality new properties in this delightful town.
