Police officers are investigating following an indecent exposure on a footpath that runs between Arleston Lane and Newdale School on Thursday 5 January.

Man exposes himself to woman and child in Arleston

As a 25-year-old woman walked along the footpath with her four-year-old son, they were approached by two unknown men at just before 4pm.

The two men wolf-whistled and talked to the woman persistently and she began to feel a little uncomfortable.

A police spokesman said: "The woman ignored the men and kept on walking. The two men then walked on past her and her son.

"However, once they had walked past, the two men turned to face the woman and one of them then exposed himself to her. She immediately took her phone out to call the police and the two men quickly ran off.

"The first of the two men is described as being white, around 5ft 9inches tall, in his late teens, dressed all in black and as carrying an Asda shopping bag.

"The second man is described as being white, aged in his 30s, around 5ft 9inches tall and as having blonde hair. He is also described as wearing dark clothes.

"Due to their behaviour the victim believes both men had been drinking.

"Anyone who believes they may have information about this incident is asked to call officers in Telford on 0300 333 3000.

"Alternatively, please remember that Crimestoppers can also be called anonymously on 0800 555 111 if you'd rather leave information without getting directly involved yourself.”
