This year’s Shropshire County Show is set to show off the talent and produce of the county and beyond with traders queuing up to exhibit their wares.

Shropshire County Show to champion traders

The show highlights Shropshire’s rural community and champions the creations of traders from across the Midlands.

The event will be held on May 26th this year and will be a one-day event following feedback from traders and exhibitors in previous years.

Bernie Hutchinson, show director, said: “The thousands of visitors we get every year look forward to perusing the wonderful stands that line the fields on show day.

“It is our aim to showcase what is great about the county and the traders who set up their stalls and show visitors what they have to offer are often real hidden treasures.

“We look forward to seeing the wide variety of products – and delicious foods - that the 2012 show will bring.”

Trade stand entries need to be submitted to the show office by April 9th, 2012, with electrical applications in by April 20th.

Anyone that would like to showcase their company to thousands of people throughout the event can visit the website at www.shropshirecountyshow.com for more information. A trade stands schedule is available to download.

Early bird tickets for the show are also available to buy on the website at £10 for adults, £8 for concessions and £3 for children.

Alternatively contact the show office on (01743) 289831.
