Large police operation for Shrewsbury v Port Vale match
A large police operation will be in force for tomorrow night's League Two local derby between Shrewsbury and Port Vale.

The match kicks off at the Greenhous Meadow at 7.45 and with a large crowd expected, fans are being urged to arrive in good time to avoid last-minute congestion.
Port Vale fans are also being reminded not to travel unless they have a ticket. No tickets will be sold on the day to travelling fans.
Chief Inspector Dave McWilliam, in charge of the policing operation, said today: "Port Vale FC has received a ticket allocation as no tickets will be available at the ground to travelling fans tomorrow.
"I urge supporters from the Potteries not to travel to Shrewsbury unless they have a ticket. They will not be allowed into the ground unless they have bought a ticket in advance and I stress they will not be able to buy a ticket in Shrewsbury on match day."
He said nearly 800 tickets had so far been sold by Port Vale.
Chief Inspector McWilliam added: "There is always a big crowd for this fixture so do please travel in good time.
"We will have a large police presence in and around the town as well as in area of the ground before, during and after the game. Anyone intent on spoiling the occasion and causing trouble is likely to be arrested."
