Five months after its launch, Much Wenlock’s Neighbourhood Plan moves on to its next stage of consultation. Volunteers have just started visiting every household in Bourton, Homer, Much Wenlock and the surrounding settlements delivering survey forms.

Much Wenlock residents surveyed as part of Neighbourhood Plan

Steering Group Chairman Mike Grace said “This is a unique opportunity for everyone, young and old, to have their say about how they want Much Wenlock to develop over the next fifteen years. There’s an opportunity for residents to say what they want and what they would rather not have. We would encourage everyone with internet access to complete the survey on-line which will save a lot of effort by hard-pressed volunteers”.

Survey forms will be handed out on the doorstep and collected before the deadline of 30th April. All residents aged 14 and above may complete a questionnaire and anyone needing a copy can download one from the website www.wenlockplan.org or request one from the Town Clerk’s office (tel: 01952 727509). The initial results of the survey will be posted on the website in May.
