Motorcyclist dies following collision with van in Moreton Say
A motorcyclist has died following a collision with a van in north Shropshire yesterday evening.

Emergency services were called to the collision involving a Suzuki motorcycle and Mercedes van on the A41 outside the Newcott Fish and Chip shop at Moreton Say, Market Drayton shortly before 7.45pm.
A West Midlands Ambulance Service spokesman said: “Police initially performed CPR on the motorcyclist and on arrival ambulance crews took over.
“But despite all the best efforts, nothing could be done to save the 32 year-old male motorcyclist who was confirmed dead at the scene.”
A Police spokeswoman said: "The motorcyclist was travelling towards Ternhill and the van was driving towards Newport moments before the collision took place.
"We want to hear from anyone who was travelling along that section of road and saw the vehicles just prior to the collision or at the time of impact.
"We also want to speak to anyone who was in the fish and chip shop at the time and heard or saw anything that could help us with our enquiries."
Anyone with information should contact Police Constable Chris Duffner on 0300 333 3000.
