Man beaten and robbed near Shrewsbury cinema
A 46-year-old man was beaten and robbed by two men who were in a taxi near Cineworld in Shrewsbury

The attack happened at around 11pm on Saturday night in the car park outside the cinema and Nando's in Old Potts Way.
Police say the area was busy with passers-by at the time and have appealed for witnesses.
Detective Constable Mat Crisp, the investigating officer, said: "The two offenders were passengers in a taxi when they saw the victim stood near Nando's. The first man got out of the taxi and approached the victim and attempted to grab a hip bag from him.
"They began fighting with each other when a second man left the taxi and assaulted the victim."
The two men stole a blue triangular hip bag, possibly Adidas, with handles and a shoulder strap. They also took four cans of Strongbow cider, one can of Stella Artois lager, a bunch of house keys and £2 cash.
They left the scene in the taxi, which was possibly silver in colour. The victim was treated at the Royal Shrewsbury Hospital for minor face injuries.
DC Crisp urged anyone who saw the incident, or the two assailants leaving in the taxi, to contact CID at Shrewsbury police station by calling 101. He also appealed to two unknown men who stopped to help the victim following the assault to get in touch.
One of the offenders is described as white, 5ft 4ins tall, with short balding hair, of stocky build and wearing a blue top.
