Telford youngsters warned over personal safety
Young people in Telford are being urged to be careful if they are approached by someone they do not know.

The warning comes after concerns were expressed about the behaviour of an unknown man who was offering to buy youngsters ice creams from the ice cream van on Limekiln Lane on Monday.
At around 3.30pm, a member of the public reported that the man appeared to approach children he did not know before making the offers.
PC Brad Milburn, from the Wellington Local Policing Team, said:
"We are keen to trace this man so that we can speak to him about his behaviour. There could be a perfectly innocent explanation for his behaviour but we would like to track him down so we can ensure this is the case.
"The man is described as being white, around 6ft 1inch tall and as having a slim build. He is also described as wearing glasses and a hat.
"I would like to take this opportunity to remind young people that you should be extremely careful if you are approached by someone you do not know - whatever the circumstances.
"You should never go off with a stranger - no matter what they are offering - and if you are concerned or feel threatened by the actions of a stranger, you should call the police immediately.
"I would ask young people to keep your wits about them at all times and if possible always remain with groups of friends so that you do not leave yourself vulnerable to unwanted attention from someone you do not know.
"Meanwhile, anyone who feels they may have information about the incident in Wellington is asked to call West Mercia Police on 0300 333 3000, quoting incident number 507S 110612.
"Alternatively, please remember that information can also be left anonymously by calling 0800 555 111 if you'd rather not get directly involved yourself."
