Wanted Shrewsbury man arrested by police in Ludlow
Police have arrested a 36-year-old Shrewsbury man wanted for breaching a series of court sentences.

Lee Stanton, who has remained at large since warrants were issued for his arrest by Shrewsbury magistrates more than a month ago, was arrested late on Saturday night in Ludlow.
He was due to appear before Shrewsbury magistrates today for breaching supervision orders. Stanton also faces questioning on new matters including suspected possession of drugs and theft of a motor vehicle following his arrest on Saturday.
Police last week issued his photograph and a public appeal for information concerning his whereabouts as part of the operation to trace him.
Warrants were issued by Shrewsbury magistrates on May 23 after he failed to comply with the conditions of three separate supervision orders. The orders were imposed on three occasions during 2011 for shoplifting, drug and failing to surrender offences.
Stanton has no fixed address in Shrewsbury but has been staying at various locations and recently is known to have travelled by rail to Church Stretton and Ludlow.
