Man suffers broken ribs in Telford attack
A man has suffered broken ribs following an attack by a group of men as he walked home after a night out in Telford.

The victim was attacked at about 11pm on Friday 6 July, just after leaving The Rose and Crown in Stirchley.
As he walked along Stirchley Road towards Grange Road, he passed a group of at least three men near the lane leading to the town park.
One of them asked for a light and as he turned around, he was punched and knocked to the floor, before being kicked repeatedly.
After the offenders ran off, the victim managed to get home but was taken to hospital after collapsing the next day, where he was found to have contracted pneumonia after suffering three broken ribs.
He remained in hospital for several days and the incident was only reported to police on Thursday 19 July 2012.
Police Constable Becky McLean, from the Violent Crime Unit at Malinsgate Police Station, appealed for anyone who might have seen what happened or knows the identity of any of those involved to get in touch.
"This was a sustained and violent attack, which appears to have had no provocation and was done without warning," she said.
"The victim has given a detailed description of one of the offenders, who had a very distinctive hairstyle.
"He was white, in his 30s, about 5ft 10in in height and of muscular build. His hair was shaved on one side, spiky on top, with a mullet at the back and dyed several different colours, including blonde, red, ginger and brown.
"If anybody knows who this man is or any of his associates, please contact police on 101 or the anonymous Crimestoppers number 0800 555 111."
