Lady hospitalised after falling down steep embankment in Shrewsbury
A woman who fell approximately twenty feet while out walking in Shropshire has been rescued and taken to hospital.

The woman, in her seventies, was walking along a path with three other people when she apparently lost her footing and fell down a steep embankment near Shelton lane.
West Midlands Ambulance Service was called to the scene at around. 10am this morning.
A paramedic area support officer attended in a rapid response vehicle along with an ambulance crew and the Hazardous Area Response Team. Shropshire Fire and Rescue Service also attended.
A West Midlands Ambulance Service spokesman said: “The first ambulance crew to attend went down the steep bank on their knees to get to the woman who had ended up next to some trees on the edge of a field.
She had a suspected dislocated or fractured shoulder and was experiencing pain, tingling and loss of sensation to her right arm and right shoulder.
“She was immobilised at the scene, given pain relief and placed onto a scoop stretcher.
“The fire service, using ropes and a basket stretcher, brought her back to the path at the top of the bank and she was carried into the waiting ambulance nearby in which she was taken to Royal Shrewsbury Hospital.”
