Earth tremors felt in Abbey Foregate
Earth tremors were today felt by a number of people in the Abbey Foregate area of Shrewsbury.

The movement was felt in the Abbey and around Abbey Lawn Business Park at around 10.50am.
Kay Kelly, Partner and Head of Clinical Negligence at Lanyon Bowdler Solicitors, said they had felt the movement.
A number of other local businesses in the area said they also felt movement with furniture and desk items moving.
The British Geological Survey say they did not detected any incidents in the area and that local works were probably the cause.
Jo Noakes, development manager at Bromford Group said:
"We can confirm that there have been development preparation works taking place at the site at Underdale Road, Shrewsbury where we are building new affordable homes.
"Neighbouring properties have been informed about the works which started this morning and will be completed by close of play tomorrow.
"The machinery used has sensors and is closely regulated by the developers to ensure works are carried out safely and all is going to plan."
