Shropshire couple win £1 million
A Shropshire couple are celebrating after winning £1 million in the EuroMillions New Year's Day lottery draw.

Sue and James Schofield from Rhoswiel, near Oswestry were one of 25 UK ticket holders who won £1 million in the New Year’s Day EuroMillions raffle draw.
Sue who previously worked as a supervisor and James a delivery driver have given up work following the win but say the win won't change them.
The couple said they had checked the winning numbers several times before making their claim after finding out they had won.
The Millionaire Raffle is a side game played by UK Euromillions players, which means players get two chances to win – the first on the Euromillions, where a prize can be won by matching from just two numbers, and the second by matching their automatically generated Millionaire Raffle code to the code extracted after the main draw.
Usually there is just one £1 million prize on offer and one code drawn, but for New Years Day and Christmas Day there was 25 £1 million prizes and 25 codes drawn!
