Two Shropshire drug dealers jailed
Police in Shropshire have warned drug dealers operating in the county it's only a matter of time before they are arrested.

The warning comes from a senior police officer and follows the jailing of two men in separate cases for supplying cocaine.
Detective Chief Inspector Peter Davies, head of Shropshire CID, said: "These two cases should serve as a warning to drug dealers that if they operate in Shropshire, they are likely to be arrested.
"They are the latest in a series of convictions for offences involving Class A drugs such as cocaine or heroin. Those who possess controlled drugs with intent to supply to others, should expect a prison sentence when put before the courts."
DCI Davies made his comments following the jailing of 24-year-old Mark Williams, of Abbots Road, Shrewsbury for three years. He was sentenced at Shrewsbury Crown Court on Wednesday after admitting two counts of possessing cocaine with intent to supply.
In an unconnected case at Shrewsbury Crown Court yesterday, 44-year-old David Blent, of York Road, Harlescott, received a two-year prison sentence for the same offence.
DCI Davies said: "Tackling illegal drugs and associated crime is a top priority for West Mercia Police.
"We have had considerable success in detecting crimes in recent years, largely due to members of the public providing us with information.
"People can call us in confidence on 101 if they suspect illegal drug activity is taking place in their neighbourhood. They can also give information to the anonymous Crimestoppers number, 0800 555 111, for which a reward may be paid.
"We act on this information and where necessary will execute search warrants under the Misuse of Drugs Act. I would urge people to continue with their support by giving us information, thereby making their communities a safer and more pleasant area in which to live."
