Jewellery stolen during burglary in Whitchurch
Police officers are investigating after Jewellery with considerable sentimental value was stolen from a home in Whitchurch at the weekend.

Police Constable Rachael Shirley, of the Burglary Unit in Shrewsbury, said the breakin happened at a house in Belton Road, Whitchurch during the early hours of last Saturday.
Downstairs rooms were searched and various items stolen, including a Fuji digital camera, a black leather purse with a small amount of cash, bank cards, driving licence and house keys.
But the biggest loss was an amount of jewellery which had been handed down by the victim's family.
It included a sapphire and diamond eternity ring, a gold engagement ring with diamonds set in gold which belonged to the victim's mother and a gold engagement ring with three diamonds set in gold which belonged to an aunt.
PC Shirley said: "This crime has caused considerable distress to the occupants and the theft of jewellery with so much sentimental value attached, has added to their upset.
"I am appealing for any information which might assist the investigation. Anyone who spotted anything suspicious in the Belton Road area from around midnight up to about 3am last Saturday, should contact me at Shrewsbury police station by dialling 101.
"Also, if anyone is offered similar jewellery in dubious circumstances, don't be tempted and again contact the police."
Information can also be given to the anonymous Crimestoppers charity on 0800 555 111 for which a reward may be paid.
