Vandals target Market Drayton public toilet
Police have appealed for information after vandals caused extensive damage to a public toilet in Market Drayton.

The incident was reported by Market Drayton Town Council after the damage was discovered to the gents toilet on the Towers Lawn car park in Cheshire Street.
A hand dryer was pulled off the wall, taps damaged, a sink unit dislodged, the lid broken off a waste paper bin, an attempt made to block the urinal and debris strewn all over the floor.
The damage is estimated at around £250 and was probably caused between 3pm and 6pm on Wednesday.
A West Mercia Police spokesperson said today: “Considerable damage has been caused to this public facility. We are appealing to anyone who saw any suspicious activity which might be connected, or who knows the identity of those responsible, to contact Market Drayton police station on 101.”
Information can also be given to the anonymous Crimestoppers charity by calling 0800 555 111, for which a reward may be paid.
