Teenager found injured in Telford
Police in Telford are appealing for help from the public as they attempt to establish what happened to a 15-year-old youth who was found injured in the town.

The young man was found semi-conscious at the rear of the Summerhouse public house on Haybridge Road in Hadley at around 4pm on Friday 8 February.
The youth was found by a woman who gave her name as ‘Shell’ or ‘Michelle’ who was with a little girl who was wearing a pink raincoat. The woman herself is described as being white, around 5ft 7inches tall, with blonde hair and as having a ‘tribal’ tattoo on her neck.
After finding the youth injured, the woman took him to his home address but she did not leave any details when she left the youth at home.
A police spokesman said:
“This is an unusual incident as the young man has no idea how he came to be on the ground and suffer his facial injuries. The last thing he remembers is making his way along the footpath that runs from Wrekin College to Leegomery and being on the phone to his mother.
“The next thing he remembers is being woken up by the unknown woman by the Summerhouse pub. However, when he was woken his Blackberry Curve 9320 mobile phone was missing and police are very keen to find this phone as there is the possibility it has been stolen.
“Police are very keen to hear from anyone who may have information about this incident and are particularly keen to trace the unknown woman who came to the aid of the young man.
“We would like to stress there is no suggestion she played any part in how the young man suffered his injuries but there is the possibility she may have seen something that could explain them.
“Anyone who believes they may have information about this incident, especially the unknown woman with the little girl, is asked to call West Mercia Police as soon as possible on 101 or 0300 333 3000, quoting incident number 376S 080213.”
