Pregnant woman pushed to the ground and robbed in Telford
A pregnant woman was pushed to the ground and robbed in Telford at the weekend.

Police are investigating the robbery which took place on the Cherry Pink Car Park on Grange Central at around 9.40pm on Saturday.
The victim – a 22-year-old woman who is just over 8 weeks pregnant – was walking home along the footpath between the car park and the Hollinswood flats, when she walked past a number of unknown men.
Without warning, the woman was pushed to the ground from behind and held down by an unknown individual.
A police spokesman said:
“The victim told the person holding her down that she was pregnant and although she was still held down, she was then allowed onto her knees to take the weight of her stomach.
“While on the ground the victim’s handbag was pulled from her grasp and the victim then saw two men running away from her with her bag.
“The stolen bag contained around £20 in cash and although the bag itself was found discarded a short distance away, the cash was missing from inside it.
“The victim, who thankfully only suffered grazes to her knees as a result of this incident, has described the people she saw running off as being dressed in dark clothing including hooded tops with the hoods up.
“Police are very keen to hear from anyone who may have witnessed this incident, or anyone who may have information about it.
“Anyone who believes they may have information about this incident is asked to call West Mercia Police as soon as possible on 101 or 0300 333 3000, quoting incident number 608S 230213.”
