Woman arrested on suspicion of murder to face no further action
A 40-year-old woman arrested on suspicion of murder following the death of a Market Drayton man will face no further police action and has been released from bail.

Simon Marcus Hurley, aged 47, died in the North Staffordshire University Hospital on February 27, several hours after being found with serious head injuries in a first floor flat at The Oval in Market Drayton.
His death was treated as suspicious at the time and a woman was arrested.
Detective Inspector Mark Ballamy said: “Following extensive inquiries into both the circumstances and the cause of Mr Hurley’s death, the person arrested at the scene will face no further police action and has been released from bail.
“No other person is thought to have been involved.”
An inquest will now be conducted by Shropshire coroner Mr John Ellery.
