Three arrested after bus collision in Shrewsbury
Three young men were arrested in Shrewsbury today following an incident where a parked bus rolled forward and crashed after being boarded and its handbrake released.

Police were called to a report of a bus being involved in a collision at the town centre bus station in Raven Meadows at around 12.50am.
The vehicle crossed the road and collided with the bus station building.
A West Mercia Police spokesperson said: “It appears the vehicle was parked up when boarded by unauthorised persons who released the handbrake.
“It rolled forward across the road. Fortunately, no-one was injured.”
Officers who searched the area arrested three men in Castle Foregate on suspicion of aggravated taking of a vehicle without the owner’s consent.
The three – two aged 19 and the other 18 – are currently in custody at Shrewsbury police station.
