One of the largest farming and leisure estates in Shropshire to become available for sale in the past decade is on offer at £7.75 million.

£7 million price tag for Shropshire farming and leisure estate

The Park Hall Farm Estate, near Ellesmere comprises a state-of-the-art dairy enterprise, 11 luxury log cabins, two farmhouses and 680 acres of land.

Property specialists Halls are selling the estate on behalf of Tedsmore Hall Services Limited, which has made a substantial recent investment in the properties.

On offer, as a whole or in three lots, the estate comprises the 515-acre Park Hall Farm with its recently installed modern dairy enterprise, 11 traditional Woodland Park Lodges in an idyllic woodland setting and Rowe Farm at Welshampton, a versatile 165 acre livestock and arable farm in an attractive rural location.

Halls’ director Allen Gittins, who is handling the sale, said: “This is one of the most important agricultural and leisure estates to become available in Shropshire for many years.

“Park Hall Farm has been the subject of substantial investment in the last 12 months and is now one of the most modern dairy enterprises in the county. There is, however, still great potential to expand both the dairy and leisure enterprises.

“An extensive range of farm machinery and a prime milking herd of 500 cattle are also available by separate negotiation, which provides a purchaser with an opportunity to buy the complete farming unit and earn a living from day one.

“This high quality agricultural and leisure estate will certainly be of interest to farmers looking to expand their enterprises and also to investors. Although it is available in three lots, preference will be given to offers for the estate as a whole.”
