Telford home burgled whilst family are on holiday
A family from Telford have had their house burgled whilst on holiday.

Police in Telford investigating the burglary which occurred at an address on Bluebell Coppice, Ketley sometime between 10am on Saturday 24 August and 1pm on Sunday 25 August.
Thieves broke into the house by using a ladder to climb onto the conservatory roof and then forced open a window.
Once inside the address it appears they carried out a thorough search of a number of rooms before using pillows cases as bags to carry a significant number of items out of the property.
A police spokesman said:
“Having put a significant amount of property into the pillow cases, it seems the thieves then took a set of car keys and used them to steal a black Vauxhall Corsa off the drive at the house and make their escape.
“Although this vehicle was located the following day on Manse Close in Hadley, none of the stolen property was found in it.
“Among the items stolen as a result of this burglary were a 40inch LG television, a Samsung home cinema kit, a 22inch Technika television with built in DVD player, a Panasonic digital camera, a Blackberry Curve mobile phone, a Nintendo DS and a Casio wristwatch.
“In addition, jewellery with an estimated value of more than £500 was also taken by the thieves and this included a 9 carat gold engagement ring with a diamond in it.”
Police would like to hear from anyone who may have seen anything suspicious near Bluebell Coppice last weekend, or anyone who may have seen the Vauxhall Corsa being dumped on Manse Close on Sunday 25 or Monday 26 August.
