Omega watches stolen in Bridgnorth burglary
Police have issued an appeal to trace two Omega watches worth around £8,000 which were stolen from a Bridgnorth home.

The watches were taken during a burglary at a house in The Wheatlands between 4.15pm and 6.20pm on Monday. Entry was gained by forcing patio doors.
A search was made and a man’s and a woman’s Omega Sea Master watches were among the items stolen.
Detective Constable Steve Davies, the investigating officer, said: “These valuable watches are quite distinctive. Anyone offered such watches in suspicious circumstances should contact Shrewsbury CID by calling 101.”
He said information could also be given to the anonymous Crimestoppers charity on 0800 555 111.
The woman’s watch has a silver coloured bracelet with gold bars which form the links. The face is oyster with diamonds for the numbers.
DC Davies said: “The presentation boxes containing the warranty cards were left behind, so again, when offered for sale, not having the boxes should raise suspicions.”
Other items stolen included an engagement ring with three stone diamonds – one larger one with a smaller diamond set either side; an opal necklace and opal ring; a brand new Ipad in its box intended as a Christmas present and a new Pandora bracelet. The total value, including the watches, is about £10,000.
DC Davies added: “I am appealing for any information which might help trace the stolen property and identify the offender.”
