Driver fails to stop after collision near Bridgnorth
Police have issued an appeal for witnesses to a road collision near Bridgnorth in which one of the vehicles involved failed to stop.
The collision happened on the B4176 “Rabbit Run” near Upper Ludstone and Rudge Heath shortly after 4pm on Tuesday.
It involved a silver coloured Vauxhall Astra van and a small black car, possibly a Peugeot, which were travelling in the same direction. Although there were no injuries, the black car continued its journey without stopping.
Police Constable Laura Webster has appealed for witnesses to contact Bridgnorth police station by calling 101.
She said the Astra overtook two vehicles on a dual carriageway section of the road just before the collision and urged the drivers of those two vehicles to make contact.
