Firefighters called to skip fire on Stafford Park
Firefighters from Telford and Prees were this morning called to a fire involving a large amount of UPVC in a skip.
Crews were called to the fire on Stafford Park 6, Telford, at just after 6am this morning.
One pump from Telford, two pumps and the Environmental Unit from Tweedale, along with a ReRobe Unit from Prees attended the scene.
A temporary exclusion zone was put in place for a time.
Firefighters used two breathing apparatus and a hose reel jet.
Substation Fire at Stafford Park 17
Firefighters from Telford were last night called to a fire involving an electricity sub station on Stafford Park 17.
A crew from Telford Central used dry powder to put out the fire, Westton Power were also called to isolate the sub station.
