Driver fails to stop after colliding with parked cars in Oswestry
Police investigating a non-stop road collision in Oswestry involving four cars, today appealed for witnesses.
A car failed to stop after colliding with three parked vehicles at some point overnight on Monday.
Police Constable Scott Harrower, the investigating officer, said: “A car thought to be a red Seat Ibiza, first struck a Nissan Micra parked in York Street. It then hit the rear of another parked Nissan Micra in Wats Drive. The impact forced the Micra forward into a parked Ford Fiesta.
PC Harrower said parts from a Seat Ibiza were found at the scene of each collision.
He added: “I am appealing to anyone who saw or heard anything related to these two collisions, to please contact me at Oswestry police station by calling 101.”
