North Shropshire collision driver traced following appeal
Police have traced the driver of a Land Rover involved in a road collision with a motorcyclist near Prees, north Shropshire.
Police Constable Dave Wagg, the investigating officer, issued an appeal urging the driver and anyone with information about his identity to get in touch following the collision in Aldersey Lane, just off the A49 at Quina Brook.
It happened just before 3pm on 21 May resulting in the motorcyclist falling from his machine and injuring his ankle.
PC Wagg said today: “I received several calls following the appeal and as a result the driver has been traced. I’d like to thank everyone who supplied information.”
