Police in Telford are continuing to locate a man who is wanted for 10 breaches of his Crown Court Bail and breach of a Non-Molestation Order.

Police appeal for help locating licence breach man

Sergeant Matt Gibbons, who is based at Malinsgate Police Station in Telford, has appealed for help from the public.

David Loach – aged 29 – has lived at several addresses in Telford and the West Midlands and has been breaching the terms of his bail repeatedly since 27 May.

Speaking about the search for Mr Loach, Sergeant Gibbons said: “Mr Loach is someone we have been looking for a couple of weeks and the search for him is taking up police time that could be put to better use elsewhere.

“We have been regularly checking a number of addresses in Telford and across into the West Midlands as he has previous links to areas including Donnington and Cannock.

“His bail address is in Great Barr but we are yet to find him at that address.

“He knows that he has breached his bail conditions – which relate to sexual assault and harassment offences - and the terms of his Non-Molestation Order and that he is wanted by police. Therefore there is little doubt that this means he is basically on the run at the present time.

“We are working extremely hard to trace Mr Loach but have so far been unable to do so. Therefore, we feel that assistance from local people may be vital in finding him and bringing him in to custody

“Anyone who knows where we might be able to find Mr Loach, or who believes they may have seen him during the past few weeks, is asked to call police in Telford on 101, quoting incident number 719S 090614.

“Alternatively, if you have information you’d like to share but do not want to identify yourself please call Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.”
