Man suffers cardiac arrest following Shrewsbury collision
A man this afternoon suffered a cardiac arrest after collision in Shrewsbury town centre involving a car and motorcycle.
The 60-year-old man was taken to the Royal Shrewsbury Hospital following the incident on Kingsland Toll Bridge.
An altercation between the male car driver and female motorcyclist followed the collision, the man then collapsed.
Traffic around the town centre was said to have been at gridlock during the rush hour in part down to the current roadworks and closure of Wyle Cop.
