A Telford-based Police Constable yesterday appeared at Kidderminster Magistrates Court, where he was found not guilty of criminal damage.
Police Constable, Simon Holmes, 28, had been arrested on suspicion of criminal damage on 1 January, 2014.
Mr Holmes was charged on May 8, he was not on duty at the time of the incident.
