Family of wanted Telford man found safe and well

Police had been concerned for the welfare of James Delaney's family, on Friday they launched a missing person investigation.

His 25-year-old partner and their children were seen by officers on Saturday.

James Delaney has been recalled to prison by the probation service for breaking the terms of his licence following his release on 5 December 2013.

The 27-year-old has served time in prison after being convicted of robbery in the Birmingham area in 2011.

Sergeant Kevin Jones said: "We are keen to trace James Delaney as soon as possible and would ask the public not to approach him if they see him, but to call police.

"Delaney is believed to be in the Sparkbrook or Moseley area of Birmingham. Officers from West Mercia Police are actively carrying out inquiries to find him but we'd also urge anyone with any information about his whereabouts to contact us."

Anyone who sees Delaney should call West Mercia Police by dialling 101. Please quote incident number 529S of 23rd September 2014. Alternatively, you can also give information anonymously by calling the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 or by visiting their website www.crimestoppers-uk.org
