Man charged following fatal collision near Oswestry
A 25 year-old-man from Llansantffraid, Powys, has been charged with causing death by careless driving following a fatal collision near Oswestry on Wednesday 2nd April 2014.
The man who died in the collision near Oswestry was Mr Andrew Trevor Watkins, aged 59, from Llansantffraid, Powys.
Mr Watkins died when the silver Peugeot 307 he was driving was involved in a collision with a black VW Caddy on the A495 near the village of Llanyblodwel.
Robert Jones was charged on 1st October 20014 and is due to appear at Shrewsbury Magistrates Court on 21 October 2014.
