The belongings are also of a great historical importance and police are eager to reunite the items with their owners.

Police would like to hear from anyone who has information on this burglary, whether that be seeing suspicious activity in the area at the time or any high value historical items being sold nearby.

Call 101, quoting incident 602S of Wednesday 19 November. Alternatively, the independent charity, Crimestoppers, can be contacted anonymously on 0800 555 111.
