West Mercia Police have charged a man in connection with a suspected drug related death in Telford.

Damian Malolepszy, 28, of Redlands Road, Hadley, Telford, was charged with being concerned in the supply of ecstasy and possession with intent to supply a controlled drug of Class A - Methylamphetamine.

He was arrested on the evening of Saturday 3 January and later charged yesterday, after a warrant was executed in the Hadley area of Telford.

The charges are in connection with the death of a 27-year-old man, who was found deceased at a property on Woodside Road in Ketley, Telford at around 1.45pm on New Years Day.

Police believe the death could have been a result of taking an illegal drug.
