Witness appeal after motorcyclist assaults driver on A454
Police are appealing for witnesses after a driver was assaulted by a motorcyclist on the A454 heading towards Bridgnorth.
The incident took place at around 12:25pm on Saturday.
It is believed that the motorcyclist had been travelling alongside the victim’s vehicle and had an argument whilst travelling.
Both drivers stopped and the unknown assailant approached the victim and punched him in the face, causing a minor cut to his eye.
The suspect, wearing a helmet and leather overalls, then returned to his motorbike and headed towards Bridgnorth.
Police are appealing for any witnesses who may have been within the area around the time of this attack. West Mercia Police can be contacted on 101, quoting incident number 304s of 31 January 2015.
