A Shropshire man has been charged with manslaughter and arson after a woman died days after a fire in Kidderminster last year.

Sandra Nowocinska, aged 22, died at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital four days after being rescued from the fire at an apartment in Horsefair, Kidderminster on 27 November 2014.
Her five-year-old son was also injured in the fire but has now recovered.
Mark Moat, 42, from Highley was arrested shortly after the incident and was yesterday charged with manslaughter and arson being reckless as to whether life of another would be endangered.
Appearing at Kidderminster Magistrates charged today, he faced two further charges of arson and threatening to cause criminal damage in relation to two separate incidents.
Fergus Maxwell, defending, indicated that Moat would be pleading not guilty to all the charges.
Moat was remanded in custody and the case has been sent to Worcester Crown Court for a first hearing on 1 June.
