Damage has been caused to the inside and exterior of the building.

A force spokesperson said: “Entering the building is very dangerous and we are asking parents to educate their children on the dangers of entering places of this nature.

“Officers will be taking details of anyone found inside.”

Earlier this month an investigation was launched after a number of small fires were lit around the former leisure centre on 14 May. The fires were treated as arson and an investigation launched.
