Man rescued from roof after suffering attack of vertigo
A man was yesterday rescued by firefighters after he suffered an attack of vertigo whilst carrying out maintenance on a roof.

Three fire appliances including the aerial ladder platform were mobilised from Bridgnorth and Shrewsbury to the incident at Muckley Cross just after 11am.
Firefighters used ladders to reach the man and calm him, then used the Aerial Ladder Platform to get him off the roof and back safely down to the ground.
PCSO Mal Goddard from the Broseley and Much Wenlock Safer Neighbourhood Team and a response Police Officer attended the scene, as did an ambulance, as a precautionary measure.
