Police seek woman who raised concerns over man photographing children at Boyzone concert in Telford
Police are appealing for a woman who raised concerns with another festival-goer about a man taking photos of children during the recent Boyzone concert in Telford Town Park to get in touch.
A police spokesperson said: "At 7.30pm on Saturday 27 June a concerned mum reported to officers that she believed a man had been taking pictures of children at the event, after another woman warned her of her concerns. We would like to speak to the initial witness.
"Whilst taking pictures in a public place is not a criminal offence, investigations are taking place to establish the nature of the images, and it is hoped that the woman in question may be able to assist with on-going enquires.
"If you are the woman in question, or you have information that can help locate her, contact West Mercia Police on 101, quoting 694s of 27 June 2015."
