Three arrested in connection with burglaries in Telford
West Mercia Police have arrested three people in connection with burglaries in Telford.

Christopher Thomas, aged 48, of Beaconsfield in Telford, was arrested and subsequently charged with robbery. He has since been remanded in custody to appear at Shrewsbury Crown Court on Monday 14 September.
A 15-year-old boy from Telford was arrested on suspicion of three burglaries and has been released on bail until Friday 21 August pending further enquiries.
These are both in connection with an aggravated burglary and three further burglaries at the same address in Stonedale, Sutton Hill between Sunday 12 July and Sunday 19 July.
In addition to this, an 18-year-old man from Donnington has been arrested on suspicion of aggravated burglary and possession of cannabis with intent to supply following an aggravated burglary on Blakemore, Brookside which occurred on Thursday 16 July. He has since been bailed until Thursday 20 August pending further enquiries.
Detective Inspector Jason Everett, investigating the incidents, said: "Burglary is a priority crime and we work tirelessly in order to identify and arrest those committing these offences. Recently four local people have been convicted for a number of burglaries in the Telford area receiving a total of 14 years in prison. A further four are currently remanded in custody awaiting trial.
"I wish to stress that the number of burglaries in Telford have decreased since the previous year, however I am aware that there is a concern within our communities around the use and possession of weapons. The message is clear in that the unlawful provision and possession of all weapons encourages violence and can cause serious injury. I warn those responsible that offences involving weapons will not be tolerated.
"We are working with the Crown Prosecution Service and other partner agencies in order to bring offenders to justice and we have a local dedicated team of detectives working on acquisitive crime which includes dwelling burglaries and drug offences.
"Telford is a safe place to live and visit and our aim is to keep it this way by catching and convicting those responsible, preventing crime and protecting our communities from harm."
