A woman was cut free from a car following a collision on the B4386 in Yockleton yesterday.

The collision involving three cars and a motorcycle happened at just after 6.30pm last night.

Four fire appliances were mobilised from Minsterley, Shrewsbury and Wellington.

The casualty was released by fire service personnel using Holmatro cutting equipment and small tools and taken to the Royal Shrewsbury Hospital by ambulance.
