Former Telford woman jailed for stealing over £17,000 from family member
A former Telford woman who stole more than £17,000 from a family member has been jailed for six years and three months.

Davina Delo, 47, who now lives in Dudley was sentenced to 32 months in prison for theft at Stafford Crown Court today.
The 47-year-old was also handed a 43 month consecutive sentence for an offence of actual bodily harm against the same 83-year-old victim.
Her husband, 43-year-old David Delo, was also given 43 months for the same assault offence.
The court heard how Davina started helping the elderly victim with his finances, often going to the bank for him and withdrawing money.
In May 2011 Davina and David moved into the victim's house and it was agreed Davina would look after his bills and further finances.
The victim was unaware money was being taken from his account without his permission and direct debits had been cancelled.
The theft was uncovered following an assault on the victim in June last year where he lost consciousness, sustained injuries to his head and body and was taken to hospital.
Social Services deemed the home uninhabitable and it was arranged for the victim to be moved into a flat.
The reporting officer successfully applied for a grant from the West Mercia Police Community Fund Charity for £500 to help him equip his new flat.
Both received a reduced sentence after pleading guilty on the first day of their trial. They were also given restraining orders to prevent them from contacting the victim or visiting specific locations in Telford.
Det Con Anthony Chester-McCabe, said: "Davina Delo preyed on a vulnerable man who cared for her and trusted her. This has been a heartbreaking case to investigate, in particular the nasty assault the Delo's subjected the victim to. Their sentences are welcomed today and I would like to personally praise the victim for his courage during this case."
