Telford MP deletes social media accounts following Facebook controversy
Lucy Allan, Conservative MP for Telford, has deleted her social media accounts following recent controversy regarding a Facebook post.

Ms Allan is accused of adding ‘unless you die’ to the end of an email she received from a constituent.
Adam Watling, 27, who was writing using the pseudonym ‘Rusty Shackleford’, emailed Mrs Allan regarding the vote to bomb Syria.
Ms Allan posted an excerpt of the email to Facebook, but 'Shackleford' claims that she deliberately doctored the post to include the words ‘unless you die’ at the end to make it appear it was included in the email.
Allan said that she had published the message to illustrate the abuse that MPs are subjected to and that the post included another message she had received that day.
She went on to say that she had posted the comments as they came in and that the comments were not posted to discredit any individual.
The story has gained national interest including a phone in topic on the James O'Brien show on LBC.
