Woman threatened by man with bladed object in Woodside

The incident took place near a bus stop outside The Elizabethan public house shortly before 4pm on Monday.

A man, aged approximately 18-years-old, is reported to have been holding the object and shouting at a woman aged approximately 17-years-old.

The man is described as wearing baggy-white trousers, a black top, black converse shoes and having short brown hair.

It is believed the man and woman are known to each other and officers urge anyone who may have witnessed the incident to call 101, quoting incident number 443s of 11 January.
