Person cut free from car following collision on M54 at Junction 6

One person has been released from a car following a collision on the exit slip road at Junction 6 of the M54 this morning.

Shropshire Fire and Rescue Service crews used hydraulic cutting equipment to release the casualty following the collision which happened at around 11.30am.

Three fire appliances including the Rescue Tender were mobilised from Telford Central and Wellington. An Operations officer was also in attendance.

West Midlands Ambulance Service, West Mercia Police and the Highways England also attended.
