Traffic delays after caravan overturns on A5 in Shrewsbury
One lane of the A5 westbound between Emstrey and Dobbies island is closed this afternoon after a caravan overturned earlier.
A caravan collided with a barrier on the roadside and was severely damaged. Nobody was injured during the collision.
West Mercia Police say they have received reports of cars driving up the slip road the wrong way on the A5 following the incident.
Barrier repair work is being carried out before the road is fully reopened.
