The property, which extends to 1.089 acres, comprises the Sports and Social Club, bowling green and 63, Albert Road, a three bedroomed semi-detached house with a garden.

Lot two comprises the Sports and Social Club and bowling green and lot three is 63, Albert Road.

Fronting Albert Road in an established residential area of Shrewsbury, the property was until recently used as a single storey sports and social club with a bowling green, which is to be relocated to another area of land retained by the vendors.
