Person treated for smoke inhalation following grill pan fire in Shrewsbury
One person was treated for the effects of smoke inhalation following a fire in Shrewsbury today.
The fire involving grill pan in the kitchen of a property in Arden Close was out on arrival of firefighters at around 1.38pm.
The property was reported to be heavily smoke logged, with one person requiring oxygen therapy by fire service personnel prior to the attendance of the ambulance service.
One crew from Shrewsbury fire station helped ventilate the property.
